How Can We Help You Today?

We use Preferred Pest control for all of our rental properties and they are fabulous! Highly recommend!

As a business owner I love to meet other business owners that are passionate about their job. They did a great job and were there when they said they would! Thanks guys!

Jenny is very thorough at her job and can answer all of our questions without hesitation. She is also very pleasant with a smile on her face. I hope we always have Jenny taking care of our home. Thank you Jenny

We always have a great, hassle-free experience. From the scheduling of our appointment time to paying our invoice, Preferred always makes it the easiest possible. Caulin provides excellent service and is super knowledgeable about what is best. Thanks!

Very professional and personable! His inspection was very thorough! highly recommend!

Excellent termite inspection, very thorough. I highly recommend this company!

Very nice people, will be continuing business with them.

We have a bit of a spider issue, they have been wonderful to work with ease our spider frustrations. Caulin and Matt are absolutely wonderful, working with us on how we can make the treatments more effective before and after treatment. Caulin knocked down all of our mud dauber nests on the house yesterday when he treated the outside! We might also have a bit of a wasp problem too, the pests love us UGH!

Will was very personable and thorough. He took his time and then checked with us to see if we were satisfied before he left. We were very pleased.

I was busy getting ready to go out when Michael showed up for a scheduled visit that I’d forgotten about. He kindly serviced most of the house until I was “presentable” !

We love Will, always super friendly & answers any questions that I have.
