This summer has been awful for mosquitos ! And I’m allergic to them, so contacted preferred pest to come and had Amanda as my tech. She did amazing! And is very personable and always smiling. Hoping to have her back again to be the one to respray in the following months.

I called, they sent out a very nice gentleman and he answered all of my questions, set the traps and voila, no more evidence of rats. Yuck. They were polite, and didn't try to oversell. Every time I have called them, they have prescribed a conservative approach and it has worked. Would definitely recommend.

We were having renovations done on our home and workers saw termites. I was worried it would delay our project to wait on an inspection. However, Stacey, the receptionist/scheduler, was very responsive and gave me an appointment within 90 minutes. Matt came out, right on schedule, and made an inspection. By 10:30 that same morning, he had diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. Just a few minutes after he left, I had a quote. I am grateful for their quick response, and my home project is back on track.

This was our 2nd time using Preferred Pest Control. This particular service was for spiders. Jake, the technician, arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.
