Our Story

Amanda was as great with taking care of our house for pest control as she was when she was our UPS delivery person. She was the only one who made sure our deliveries were properly done out of all of them & it looks as though she will take care of our pest control on both properties with the same professionalism. We love her personality too!

He was on time, very knowledgeable, explained the process and prices for us. He was very respectful of our home and went above and beyond. All their workers are so kind and family oriented. I have used Preferred Pest Control LLC for about 5 years. It started with them solving a situation with mice in my house and has continued through such particular issues as a HUGE wasp nest in the screen porch and the unwanted stink bugs. When I call with an issue, service comes promptly. Each technician coming to my home is professional and friendly. Recently, Will came for my regularly scheduled check up, and we laughed again about his being my " brave wasp warrior" last summer!
