Preferred Pest Control has been wonderful from start to finish! From the initial phone call, until today’s inspection, the experience has been 100% positive! Dawn answered the phone, understood the urgency of my concerns, set up an appointment within a few days, and explained the process. She scheduled the initial inspection, gave a short 2 hour window of time and said David would text when he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was very professional and explained everything to me.

Justin was friendly and upon seeing our spider problem went above and beyond our expectations to get rid of them!

They came out and treated for Beatles and larvae. Amanda was my tech and she was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. She text before she came and was right on time. She did her job very good. She sprayed everywhere I ask and everywhere she was supposed to. I would highly recommend Amanda. She is so sweet. She does excellent work.

We have a bit of a spider issue, they have been wonderful to work with ease our spider frustrations. Caulin and Matt are absolutely wonderful, working with us on how we can make the treatments more effective before and after treatment. Caulin knocked down all of our mud dauber nests on the house yesterday when he treated the outside! We might also have a bit of a wasp problem too, the pests love us UGH!
