Overall, my experience with the company and the technician Greg who came out today was fantastic. I was given an ample notice of what time he would arrive, showed up on time and then gave a detailed report over what he did and saw.

Justin, was very professional and courteous! Very happy with the service. He was knowledgeable on eradicating the mosquitoes from our yard. We will continue using this service.

Preferred Pest Control has always been great to work with both when communicating with people in the office and with their workers in the field.

They are willing to work around your schedule and their field techs do give notice of when they are on their way. In our experience, the techs are always friendly, quick, polite, and professional!

We had issues with a bat infestation. From the initial phone call to schedule service, through the final post-treatment recheck, the staff was professional, punctual, and polite. We were especially impressed with Jill's knowledge and sensitivity to our concerns. This was an exceptionally positive experience. We were so impressed with the company that we have contracted for ongoing treatment of insects - something we had previously done for ourselves.
