Will has been our bug guy for several years and is always professional. He answers all our questions and if we have issues he always comes back out when needed. Thank you for all you do Will!

Preferred Pest Control was very patient with me. I rescheduled several times and each time they were courteous and understanding. We have had them come out before and we were very pleased with the results. We expect nothing less with this visit, as well.

Justin with Preferred Pest Control was very professional and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was able to treat both inside and outside of our home for any/all pests. I would highly recommend Justin and Preferred Pest Control for any and all pest related concerns.

Amanda was as great with taking care of our house for pest control as she was when she was our UPS delivery person. She was the only one who made sure our deliveries were properly done out of all of them & it looks as though she will take care of our pest control on both properties with the same professionalism. We love her personality too!

The team at Preferred Pest was quick to come out and treat our home for spiders and was very patient with us asking questions about other insects. I'd highly recommend Preferred Pest!

Gavin was great! He explained the process and what to expect and even the great deal for continued service! As a home owner, I'll be using Preferred Pest and recommending them to anyone I can!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. It's a pleasure to do business with people who appreciate your business.

Preferred Pest handles all my personal and business pest control issues. Call them from bugs to moles to bats. They know how to get those critters gone- CE

He was quick, easy to get along with, helpful, and polite. Would definitely hire again

Jacob was friendly and professional. We look forward to having him as our new pest control manager.

I have used this pest control for any need I have had. And they are an amazing company. They have always been very thorough and affordable. Kim Matthews was my most recent technician and she is very knowledgeable on the issue I am currently having. Thank you

I called, they sent out a very nice gentleman and he answered all of my questions, set the traps and voila, no more evidence of rats. Yuck. They were polite, and didn't try to oversell. Every time I have called them, they have prescribed a conservative approach and it has worked. Would definitely recommend.
