Will was very thorough and professional. He specifically addressed the pest issues we were having and we are already seeing results. Very friendly and a great representative of the company. Would highly recommend Will and Preferred Pest

Prompt, polite and friendly. Got rid of the awful spider webs as well as sprayed fir them. He also liked my dog which gets him props from me.

Preferred always takes good care of us. It really shows that they take care of their employees by the way their employees take care of the customers.

Shaun, Perry, and the rest of Preferred, thank you!

Edit to add... Jenny has taken over as our Pest Control Tech and had been phenomenal!

New edit, Jaiden has taken over, and has been our tech for some time now. He was, and has been great too!

Will was a great guy. Listened well and explained answers to any questions well. He did a thorough job and was very easy to work with. I'd recommend giving Preferred Pest a try if you live in the area!

Jenny is amazing and is always on top of all information and very informative!!!!

They spray my house quarterly for bugs, spiders, etc. I have no problems with any of the above. The people that come here are professional and friendly

Amanda was great. She was nice, informative and quick. She let me know what she was doing and was very clear with her expectations. Definitely recommend.

Preferred Pest Control has been wonderful from start to finish! From the initial phone call, until today’s inspection, the experience has been 100% positive! Dawn answered the phone, understood the urgency of my concerns, set up an appointment within a few days, and explained the process. She scheduled the initial inspection, gave a short 2 hour window of time and said David would text when he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was very professional and explained everything to me.

Will always is nice and courteous. He always makes sure to ask if there is any concerns I have or anything I've noticed. He is timely and does a good job.

This service and service technician is excellent. I enjoyed the conversation and I get all insects gone. A+

Love Preferred Pest! Very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Best service around!
