Thank you to Jill and Co workers at preferred pest control awesome ppl helped me with a huge bat infestation in my house, it was a complete nightmare bat's was getting inside my house 3 to 4 days a week, or I should say almot nightly flying around inside while we was sleeping wake up to a trure nightmare, i was lost I couldn't get anyone to help me till Jill called me.

I believe all the bat's are gone I don't hear anything no noise, my house is finally in silence I now can sleep wow unbelievable experience.

I have used them for 2 separate house termite inspections and have continued to use them for our quarterly treatment to keep bugs out of my house. They are very knowledgeable of the types of bugs and how they behave. When I had some dead “winged friends” show up under my window, Matt came over, explained what they were, where they came from, then did an strong treatment in that specific area to make sure everything was protected. They are very honest and trust worthy. I have no second thoughts about them using the access code I gave them to treat my home while I am not there.

Craig was friendly and thorough. He was able to treat various areas without having to drill in areas that I deemed restricted.

Amanda was as great with taking care of our house for pest control as she was when she was our UPS delivery person. She was the only one who made sure our deliveries were properly done out of all of them & it looks as though she will take care of our pest control on both properties with the same professionalism. We love her personality too!
