We were having renovations done on our home and workers saw termites. I was worried it would delay our project to wait on an inspection. However, Stacey, the receptionist/scheduler, was very responsive and gave me an appointment within 90 minutes. Matt came out, right on schedule, and made an inspection. By 10:30 that same morning, he had diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. Just a few minutes after he left, I had a quote. I am grateful for their quick response, and my home project is back on track.

I called to set up an appointment and the lady who set the appointment was very polite. The guy showed up on time and he did his inspection thoroughly. He explained everything well and was very polite.

In less than 45 minutes of finding the bug, calling them, and having a meltdown, their van pulls into my driveway! The gentleman and who I spoke with on the phone (and Cody) were professional, polite, kind, and informative. Cody came out and was gone in less than 30 minutes. We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. We called Preferred Pest Control to ensure that we didn't have a larger problem on our hands, and to see what solutions they might be able to offer. Matt arrived at our house and did a thorough investigation to determine if and where we might have some activity, and to also identify where the mice might be getting inside.

They came out and treated for termites and did an excellent job. They come out every year and inspect and contact me with emails and text messages to let me know when they are coming. They call 30 minutes before arriving to let me know and are always on time. They are an excellent company and would recommend them to everyone.
