We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. We called Preferred Pest Control to ensure that we didn't have a larger problem on our hands, and to see what solutions they might be able to offer. Matt arrived at our house and did a thorough investigation to determine if and where we might have some activity, and to also identify where the mice might be getting inside.
