In less than 45 minutes of finding the bug, calling them, and having a meltdown, their van pulls into my driveway! The gentleman and who I spoke with on the phone (and Cody) were professional, polite, kind, and informative. Cody came out and was gone in less than 30 minutes. He assured we were taken care of and eased my anxiety about the situation. I do NOT do bugs, especially not in my house. Their prices are affordable and unbeatable.
