Preferred pest has a wonderful staff that are always helpful, professional, and caring. Their treatments have helped my property tremendously.

Whenever a rainfall washed away the mosquito treatment, they came back within days to spray again. They inform you of the places they treated the most and do a thorough inspection of the property.

Amanda was very nice and took the time to tell me all about what she was doing before she did it.

Michael was amazing! So helpful, patient, thorough, and he took the time to listen. I feel like he went above and beyond! We were having wasp issues and he bravely assisted with those! So grateful for him and appreciate all you guys do!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have used their services at 2 homes and they take the time to answer any questions and explain the products used. I saw a mouse at our new place, called them, and haven't had any issues since. I also like that this is a family owned, local business. Justin is awesome!

Jill did a great job of safely removing a litter of raccoon babies and sending the mom on her way after she had done some damage to the roof. Jill did in 24 hours what another company couldn't get done in 4 weeks. This is a great company I would highly recommend.
