She sprayed for spiders and put gel down for ants and I haven’t seen either of the pesky pest at all since! We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. We called Preferred Pest Control to ensure that we didn't have a larger problem on our hands, and to see what solutions they might be able to offer. Matt arrived at our house and did a thorough investigation to determine if and where we might have some activity, and to also identify where the mice might be getting inside.

I can't say enough good things about PPC. We have them come out quarterly to spray and put out rodent traps for prevention of pests. Very customer service oriented. They take the time to answer any questions or concerns. The technician that comes to our house is very contentious and does things carefully, based on what we request. I highly recommend them!

Justin did an outstanding job. Very friendly, patient with our animals and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Justin as your exterminator and Preferred for you pest control needs.
