I have used them for 2 separate house termite inspections and have continued to use them for our quarterly treatment to keep bugs out of my house. They are very knowledgeable of the types of bugs and how they behave. When I had some dead “winged friends” show up under my window, Matt came over, explained what they were, where they came from, then did an strong treatment in that specific area to make sure everything was protected. They are very honest and trust worthy. I have no second thoughts about them using the access code I gave them to treat my home while I am not there.

I have had the honor of supplying preferred with their chemicals for several years now, as well as learning the ins and outs of their business. I can truly say they are amazing people and very knowledgeable about the industry! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for pest control services.

We have been working with Preferred Pest Control for more than two plus years and they continue to exceed expectations. Jenny , in particular, always shows up timely and prepared. Our home in St. Joseph is a construction zone, which never slows her down. Jenny has even managed to eradicate those small ants that use to come around all year long. With Jenny’s work, we don’t see those pesky ants anymore, which allowed us to take back and enjoy our kitchen again. Thanks Jenny!

Amanda was very thorough in explaining what she was doing. Her routine was a bit different that what worked well for the others techs and myself so the dog got a bit antsy waiting on new routine. It all worked out in the end.

David let me know when he was on his way to my house. Did a termite inspection and sprayed for spiders. Even knocked down a ton of cobwebs off my house. Great job. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used this company for about 6years now, never disappointed with their service.
