The whole company is amazing. The secretary that scheduled us was very kind and set us up in a timely manner. I have used them for 2 separate house termite inspections and have continued to use them for our quarterly treatment to keep bugs out of my house. They are very knowledgeable of the types of bugs and how they behave. When I had some dead “winged friends” show up under my window, Matt came over, explained what they were, where they came from, then did an strong treatment in that specific area to make sure everything was protected. They are very honest and trust worthy. I have no second thoughts about them using the access code I gave them to treat my home while I am not there.

Craig did a great job treating our house for termites and explaining the guarantee and how long the treatment lasts. We will definitely use Preferred in the future.
