Jaiden is awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and I know he'll keep our home bug free. Everyone at Preferred is top notch and I trust all of them with our pest issues.

They came out and treated for termites and did an excellent job. They come out every year and inspect and contact me with emails and text messages to let me know when they are coming. They call 30 minutes before arriving to let me know and are always on time. They are an excellent company and would recommend them to everyone.

We have been using Preferred Pest Control for over a year now. We like the service. Generally easy to work with. I’m only giving a 4 star review because we’ve had some appointments scheduled and cancelled due to employees not making it into work. I’ve had to call back to ask them to reschedule me again. The staff are always friendly and don’t mind our pup.
