They call 30 minutes before arriving to let me know and are always on time. They are an excellent company and would recommend them to everyone.

Had Preferred out to do a termite treatment when my wife and I bought our house. Matt did a great job and explained what he was doing as I observed the process. Later, had Shaun out to help with the first round of a quarterly treatment to help against normal pests.

Perry runs a tight ship and happy to have the Preferred truck in front of my home.

Happy to have access to Preferred for preventative treatment as opposed to reacting to something down the road, but I know they will be there should the need arise.
