This summer has been awful for mosquitos ! And I’m allergic to them, so contacted preferred pest to come and had Amanda as my tech. She did amazing! And is very personable and always smiling. Hoping to have her back again to be the one to respray in the following months.

I have been using Preferred for a couple of years. I have finally been able to control spiders, crickets, and mice. Our service technician, Will has been great to work with.

They came immediately when I discovered termites. They also service the library where I work and come on a regular basis to spray for insects. They are reliable.

I really like how preferred pest communicates so well whether it be phone calls or texts. I live in grain valley and they were helping me with pest control at my parent’s house who now live in assisted living. They would text to remind me of appointments and with my cousin so she could let them in the house. Greg did a great job keeping everything under control! Thank you!

We had issues with a bat infestation. From the initial phone call to schedule service, through the final post-treatment recheck, the staff was professional, punctual, and polite. We were especially impressed with Jill's knowledge and sensitivity to our concerns. This was an exceptionally positive experience. We were so impressed with the company that we have contracted for ongoing treatment of insects - something we had previously done for ourselves.
