I was pleased with the response of this company. The technican answered all of my questions thoroughly and listened to my concerns. He explained the process for terminte treatments and the services after the treatment is completed. Their cost was more reasonable than the previous company I was using. They arrived on time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. I will continue to use the servies of this company.

They were very professional and we did not have any termites at this time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Technician Gavin called before he came to do his inspection. He did a thorough walk around cleaning, inspecting and spraying. Very pleasant to talk to.

Preferred Pest is wonderful! From the first contact with them, they were informative, professional and friendly. We set up an appointment and received a confirmation link and a reminder. Jenny was right on time. She was friendly and helpful. Jenny went into an insect filled rental home, took care of the problem and came out smiling..lol! The cost was minimal considering the problem. I would not consider calling anyone else and highly recommend Preferred Pest!

Overall, my experience with the company and the technician Greg who came out today was fantastic. I was given an ample notice of what time he would arrive, showed up on time and then gave a detailed report over what he did and saw.
