The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have used their services at 2 homes and they take the time to answer any questions and explain the products used. I saw a mouse at our new place, called them, and haven't had any issues since. I also like that this is a family owned, local business. Justin is awesome!

Jill answered our call and concerns with a mouse problem. She inspected the inside and outside and came up with a solution. She found 2 entry points and ordered a thick heaven duty strip across the bottom of the inside garage door to keep the mice out.Then used steel wool & styrofoam along the baseboard that leads into the Rec room, completely sealing it off from the garage. Set bait traps around the exterior perimeter and found out which side had the most activity. Used steel wool again to seal off the access point. It’s been over 3 months now with no issues. .

My technician was Jelyna Rives and her customer service was excellent, she was very polite and insightful! She sprayed for spiders and put gel down for ants and I haven’t seen either of the pesky pest at all since!
