Have had Preferred's quarterly maintenance program for five years. Pests are not a problem in my home. It is clean and pest free. They're dependable, on-time and responsive. Glad I found them.

Jill did a great job of safely removing a litter of raccoon babies and sending the mom on her way after she had done some damage to the roof. Jill did in 24 hours what another company couldn't get done in 4 weeks. This is a great company I would highly recommend.

My technician was Jelyna Rives and her customer service was excellent, she was very polite and insightful! She sprayed for spiders and put gel down for ants and I haven’t seen either of the pesky pest at all since! I highly recommend Preferred Pest Control for all of your unwanted pest problems, you will not be disappointed!

We called PPC to come investigate after we had a bat in our second level bedroom. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and helpful. Jill not only checked our entire attic area for evidence of bats, but she also identified where our wasps were getting in as well as pointed out a brown recluse spider and offered suggestions for there eradication. Highly recommend.

I have used Preferred Pest Control LLC for about 5 years. It started with them solving a situation with mice in my house and has continued through such particular issues as a HUGE wasp nest in the screen porch and the unwanted stink bugs.
