Jill is AMAZING! We’ve used many companies for our ongoing bat issues. Jill was able to show us all of our entry points and future hangouts. She provided images/videos to show what we were working with while guiding us with our best options. She has been prompt and reliable. Unfortunately our old house has been a saga but she has been a pleasure to work with!

Jenny serviced the outside of our home, for her first time with us, she was very thorough!! She sprayed, put out granules and even cleared old wasp nest from a few of our outside lights. The other technician were never this thorough! We hope she services our home again!

I have used Preferred Pest Control LLC for about 5 years. It started with them solving a situation with mice in my house and has continued through such particular issues as a HUGE wasp nest in the screen porch and the unwanted stink bugs. When I call with an issue, service comes promptly. Each technician coming to my home is professional and friendly. Recently, Will came for my regularly scheduled check up, and we laughed again about his being my " brave wasp warrior" last summer!
