Dawn answered the phone, understood the urgency of my concerns, set up an appointment within a few days, and explained the process. She scheduled the initial inspection, gave a short 2 hour window of time and said David would text when he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was very professional and explained everything to me.
