Starting at just $40 per month – Say goodbye to pests, for good!
We perform targeted treatments for the pest(s) causing the problem. If more than 1 pest concern is present, a “Combo” service will be performed to address multiple threats.
The remaining areas of the home are treated for common pest threats the homeowner may face in the next 2 months inside and out. The webbing and stinging insect nests reachable from the ground level will be removed.
The initial treatment is $185 regardless of how many target insects are present. Bi-Monthly treatments are $85. There is a $5 discount for monthly autopay.
➥ You can report any concerns that have come up since your last service.
➥ Technicians will perform an exterior inspection to look for current pest issues & treat accordingly.
➥ Technicians will report any new findings of pests, including termites and wildlife.
➥ Technicians will apply a preventative treatment for potential pest threats the homeowner will be at risk for over the 60 days.
➥ Technicians will remove webbing and stinging insect nests.
At Preferred Pest Control, we know everyone’s schedules are busy. We are proud to offer morning or afternoon appointment time frames.
Our technicians also provide the convenience of texting you when they are on their way, so you know when to expect them!
We are a 30-day grace period after your initial treatment to sign-up for our bi-monthly service. We want you to have ample time to evaluate our services and believe you will conclude that this yearly coverage is worth your peace of mind.
