We had used another company for spraying our shop for spiders with no success. We hired Preferred Pest Control to do the work and within days I could see results. We have had them back a few times since, and will be using them exclusively from here on. We have been referring their services to anyone we know that needs pest control. The best thing, their techs know what they are doing. They know what the best practice for each type of pest is, and they know the product they use, and can easily explain how everything works. They will get the job done, there is no doubt about that.

Thank you to Jill and Co workers at preferred pest control awesome ppl helped me with a huge bat infestation in my house, it was a complete nightmare bat's was getting inside my house 3 to 4 days a week, or I should say almot nightly flying around inside while we was sleeping wake up to a trure nightmare, i was lost I couldn't get anyone to help me till Jill called me.

I believe all the bat's are gone I don't hear anything no noise, my house is finally in silence I now can sleep wow unbelievable experience.

Preferred Pest is wonderful! From the first contact with them, they were informative, professional and friendly. We set up an appointment and received a confirmation link and a reminder. Jenny was right on time. She was friendly and helpful. Jenny went into an insect filled rental home, took care of the problem and came out smiling..lol! The cost was minimal considering the problem. I would not consider calling anyone else and highly recommend Preferred Pest!
